Message from the Program Office 2015

change iconSpring has rolled around again in Virginia. As we look forward to the cherry blossoms in 2015, we are planning another annual seminar. This past year we sadly said goodbye to Julie Mason as our PTRC Fellow from the University of California in Riverside, California and bade a warm welcome to Rob Berry as the new PTRC Fellow from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.

We will also be saying a sad farewell to Martha Crockett Sneed as she prepares to retire at the end of March 2015. Continue reading

Dear Friends,

Now that I qualify for all senior citizen discounts, whether it is the grocery store, the National Park Service or the movies, I figure it is time to leave this program to the real experts. After a milestone 35th anniversary training seminar, the Patent and Trademark Resource Center Program decided to go a little “Hollywood”. This year the PTRCP office has ventured into producing, premieres, pilots, and more!

Like many of you I was shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of our longtime friend and colleague, Esther Crawford (Houston). Her professional achievements were many.
