- Broward County Library celebrated its 50th anniversary and the Broward County Main Library and the Fort Lauderdale PTRC celebrated their 40th.
- In May 2024, Eileen created a book display for National Inventors’ Month using attractive signage. She also created a popular self-directed passive program in conjunction with the book display titled “Celebrate ‘May the Fourth’ During National Inventors’ Month by Coloring Your Favorite Star Wars Design Patents,” featuring 12 different Star Wars themed design patents for coloring. These were enjoyed by adults and children alike.
- In September 2024, Eileen completed a handout she created titled “U.S. Trademark Search Strategy Guide with Detailed Step-by-Step Instructions for the Trademark Search Database.”
- Eileen is currently working on a public presentation on intellectual property basics themed to the Adult Summer Learning theme “Color Your World” as well as an updated and expanded version of the “Selecting the Form of Intellectual Property Protection” handout.
