- In January, 2023, Professor Tanisha Orejuela Acosta was selected as the new representative of the PTRC.
- We created a section on our library webpage just for the PTRC.
- On October 2023, we joined the #CreepyIP initiative with our curated exhibition Propiedad Intelectual que asusta (Intellectual Property that spooks).
- There has been a significant increase in the statistics of services: more workshops and individual consultations that expand to students, professors, student organizations, and the general public.
- We have also participated actively in the UPR at Mayaguez PTRC’s initiative Bibliotecas Anfitrionas (Host Libraries) with our colleague Dr. Gladys López to increase accessibility.
