The Ann Arbor MI PTRC is located in the Art, Architecture and Engineering Library (AAEL) in the Duderstadt Center at the University of Michigan. AAEL houses the Art & Design, Architecture & Urban Planning and Engineering Collections. We had a visit from Resource Supervisory Examiners (SPE) Ram Shukla and Matthew Daniels from the USPTO Detroit Satellite office. They presented to two Engineering classes and met with faculty affiliated with the Entrepreneurship program. We also participated in the USPTO Saturday Patent Seminar at the USPTO Detroit Satellite office. In December, Paul Grochowski did a seminar on Patent Searching and in March, I will do a session in Trademark Searching. We continued to work with the faculty and students from Entrepreneurship Program, Tech Transfer Office, and Medical Innovation. Attached is the picture from the Resource SPE campus visit.
