- In 2024, the PTRC at the St. Louis Public Library:
- was part of a panel of resources presenting at the USPTO’s Black Inventor and Entrepreneurship event in St. Louis, which was also live streamed.
- hosted a small business and nonprofit conference in collaboration with the St. Louis County Library. Speakers included the wonderful Mariessa Terrell from Trademark Outreach, presenting virtually.
- presented a combination of business and trademark resources at a lunch & learn event associated with STL Startup Week that drew (an astounding to us) 18 people midday on a Wednesday, and that afternoon/evening did outreach at the event’s resource fair, promoting the PTRC and other library services.
- provided individual help to 45 visitors, 54 callers, and 25 via email and web meeting.
- received word from one of those visitors that her mark had been published in the TMOG!
