- In 2023, the PTRC at the St. Louis Public Library:
- Provided individual help to 40 visitors, 41 callers, and 18 remotely.
- Switched back to in-person programming with the St. Louis Small Business Development Center.
- Hosted a small business and nonprofit conference in collaboration with the St. Luis County Library. Speakers included Marilyn Nash from the Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional Office, in person, and Mariessa Terrell from Trademark Outreach, virtually. Eleanore also presented in-person.
- In February 2024, Eleanore was part of the USPTO’s BIE event in St. Louis, presenting as part of a panel of resources.
